To qualify for our 'January 2025 sale' offer, you must meet the following terms and conditions.
The term 'previous client', refers to someone who has used our services previously and has not made a booking and subsequently cancelled it.
If you are outside of the Medway Towns we will still charge at full price the extra £10 for travel/time.
When you make a booking under our 'January 2025 Sale' offer, the booked date MUST be in January 2025. Any cancellation and re-booking outside of January 2025 will mean the full price becomes payable.
We charge a minimum fee of £45 per job. This covers our time, administrative costs, fuel, wear and tear on equipment and vehicle and our expertise. This fee is non-negotiable and is not affected by the sale offer.
We charge a 20% non- refundable deposit at time of booking and this is also not affected by the sale offer and must be paid within 48 hours of your booking and if not paid then your appointment time and date are vacated.
The 20% non-refundable deposit is deducted from the final bill for your clean.
